Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) The subjects must meet the diagnostic criteria revised by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease. Confirmed by cranial CT or MRI, the condition is stable and both are first-time, unilateral limb paralysis; (2) Individuals with no cognitive impairment and an MMSE score of 20 or above are able to cooperate in completing the experiment; (3) Capable of safely and independently walking over 20 meters indoors; (4) Voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Unstable condition, cognitive and language barriers affecting communication; (2) Previous injuries such as trauma, fractures, soft tissue damage, and contractures have led to abnormal walking function before stroke; (3) Bilateral hemiplegia, cerebellar lesions, traumatic brain injury, or other neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis; (4) Having lower back pain and other conditions that affect walking function; (5) Vulnerable groups (including individuals with mental illness, critically ill patients, pregnant women, illiterate individuals, etc.).
