Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for hypertriglyceridemia acute pancreatitis: triglycerides > 11.3mmol/L or triglycerides in the range of 5.65-11.3mmol/L with chylous serum, acute pancreatitis caused by xenophobic, alcoholic pancreatitis, autoimmune and other factors. 2. Age >=18 years old. 3. The patient's condition is stable; 4. Sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who died or abandoned treatment during the first hospitalization; 2. Chronic pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer.
