Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent obtained;Aged between 6 months-7 years old; American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status classification I-II;Expected duration of surgery <2 hours;Thoracic or lung surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Expected loss of blood >10% total blood volume;Contraindications for thoracic nerve block;History of respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks before surgery;Expected difficult airway;Mental illness or abnormal intellectual development.
