Inclusion Criteria for Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis (KOA) a) Meets the 2001 American College of Rheumatology diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis: Patients with knee joint pain must have at least 3 of the following7 items: (1) Age >=50 years; (2) Morning stiffness = 50 years;(2) Morning stiffness <30 minutes; (3) Crepitus during joint movement; (4) Bony enlargement evident on knee examination; (5) Bone tenderness; (6) No significant synovial warmth; (7) ESR <40 mm/h; (8) Rheumatoid factor (RF) <1:40; (9) Synovial fluid shows signs of osteoarthritis. b) According to the numerical pain scale, the pain score in the past two weeks must not exceed 7. c) Able to independently complete a20-minute walk. d) No age limit. e) The ratio of male to female participants is approximately1:1. 2. Inclusion Criteria for Age-Matched Control Group (The inclusion of age-matched controls takes place after the inclusion of KOA patients, adopting a one-to-one matching approach to meet the following criteria): a) Non-knee osteoarthritis patients. b) No statistically significant age difference compared to knee osteoarthritis patients. c) No statistically significant differences in height and weight compared to knee osteoarthritis patients. d) Able to independently complete a20-minute walk. e) The ratio of male to female participants is approximately1:1.
