Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with liver-related diseases who are planned for 'open liver surgery'. (2) ASA I-II level. (3) Age 18-65 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of previous liver surgery. (2) Allergies or contraindications to the medications used in the trial. (3) Coagulation disorders. (4) Long-term use of opioid medications. (5) Patients with severe abnormalities in cardiac, hepatic, or renal function, as well as those with psychiatric disorders. (6) Infection at the puncture site.
