Sandwich TAP Group:Bilateral subcostal transverse plane block and lateral cutaneous branch nerve block of the subcostal intercostal nerves

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with liver-related diseases who are planned for 'open liver surgery'. (2) ASA I-II level. (3) Age 18-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of previous liver surgery. (2) Allergies or contraindications to the medications used in the trial. (3) Coagulation disorders. (4) Long-term use of opioid medications. (5) Patients with severe abnormalities in cardiac, hepatic, or renal function, as well as those with psychiatric disorders. (6) Infection at the puncture site.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The proportion of patients experiencing moderate to severe pain 24 hours post-surgery;Postoperative quality of recovery (QoR-40 scores);

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Postoperative VAS pain scores at 2 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, and one week;Measurement of plasma concentrations of VEGF-C, IL-6, glucocorticoids, and epinephrine at three time points: preoperatively, immediately postoperatively, and 24 hours postoperatively;Total amount of opioids used within 24 hours postoperatively;Patient satisfaction;Incidence of opioid-related side effects;Area of sensory loss in the block region;Duration of surgery, duration of anesthesia, intraoperative medication status, recovery room time, and ICU admission rate;Complications related to the block;Hemodynamic and respiratory complications during surgery;
