Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 65 years of age from the Department of Cardiology and Health Care Medicine of Peking Union Medical College Hospital were included who were diagnosed with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction and one of the following: AVB, atrial fibrillation, unexplained atrioventricular block and pacemaker placement, left ventricular hypertrophy (>=13mm), persistently low-level elevated troponin, aortic degeneration with >=mild-moderate stenosis, carpal tunnel syndrome and/or lumbar spinal stenosis, orthostatic hypotension, history of ischemic stroke.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of hereditary ATTR, AL-type amyloidosis, acute myocardial infarction, other organ failure, acute or chronic infectious diseases, immunological diseases, tumors.
