Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Non-endocrinological inpatients who meet the indications for insulin pump therapy after endocrine consultation and agree to be treated with insulin pump therapy; 2.Age >=18 years; 3.Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unconsciousness, cognitive impairment or circulatory disorder, mental illness; 2.gestational diabetes;
