Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inpatient children from the Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University between January 1, 2013 and November 1, 2023 who were diagnosed with bronchial asthma, PBB, and pneumonia, and the rest of the inclusion criteria were: (1) the main diagnosis was the corresponding disease of the group of cases at discharge, (2) bronchoscopy and alveolar lavage fluid routine examination were completed during hospitalization, (3) the pathogenic examination did not show clear infection, and imaging did not show clear lung infection;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with other lower airway diseases, (2) Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid specimens are unqualified or clinical data were missing, (3) Children with severe congenital heart disease, end-stage renal disease and other major diseases or unstable vital signs.
