Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 20 to 65 years old (included); (2) Good oral hygiene, no obvious gingival swelling, loose teeth, etc. in the entire dentition; (3) Group functional occlusion: When the lower jaw moves laterally, multiple posterior teeth on the working side contact simultaneously; (4) The maxillary posterior teeth, the first and second premolars or the first and second molars, have at least one-third of the tooth structure, with the defect area located just at or above gingiva, without looseness, percussion pain, etc; (5) After root canal treatment, X-ray image shows that the root canal treatment is complete, the root canal obturation is appropriate, and there is no low-density shadow around the root of the affected tooth; (6) Complete dentition with no missing teeth; (7) Participants can cooperate with various operations related to clinical trials.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Have uncontrolled systemic acute and chronic diseases, including hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, etc; (2) Smokers; (3) Pregnant, planned pregnant or lactating women; (4) Large area caries and poor restorations in the dentition that affect the occlusal surface of teeth; (5) Abnormal tooth structure such as enamel hypoplasia; (6) Unstable occlusion, with bruxism, Temporomandibular Joint disorder, and obvious malocclusion. (7) Patient does not accept the restoration of onlay, and prefer to traditional full crown restoration; (8) Feeling or psychological abnormalities, unable to cooperate with research.
