Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age> 18 years old; (2) Patients with heart failure who need to have lung fluid measurement after returning to the thoracic and cardiovascular ICU after cardiac surgery in West China Hospital of Sichuan University; (3) PICCO monitors have been placed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with obvious abnormalities in PICCO monitoring indicators and clinical inconsistencies; 2. Combined with severe lung disease (previous clear diagnosis of pulmonary fibrosis, emphysema, COPD); 3. Pregnant women; 4. Assess that the physical condition is not suitable for wearing the ReDSTM non-invasive pulmonary water meter, including but not limited to: BMI 39kg/m^2, or height 195cm, or flail chest (for patients with BMI of 20-22kg/m^2 and patients with a height of 150-155cm, ReDSTM test is required to ensure that the physical condition is suitable); 5. Combined with malignant tumors; 6. Refusal to cooperate with the completion of the test; 7. The doctor thinks it is not suitable to participate in this study.
