Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female, age: 20-59; 2.Obesity: BMI = 28 kg/m2; 3.Willingness to undergo dietary interventions for weight loss exists.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.BMI=40 kg/m2; 2.Conditions affecting dietary interventions such as gastrointestinal disorders affecting the digestion and absorption of food (e.g., functional bowel disease, etc.) or the presence of a known history of food allergies or the presence of a history of previous gastrointestinal surgery; 3.Diseases affecting body weight or glucolipid metabolism (e.g. uncontrolled low sodium, abnormal thyroid function, secondary hypertension, type 1 diabetes, Cushing's syndrome); 4.Being treated with medication that affects body weight or glycolipid metabolism (e.g. thyroid disease medication, glucocorticoids, hypoglycaemic drugs, hypolipidemic drugs, diuretics, etc.); 5.Those who have been diagnosed with clinical cardiovascular disease (coronary heart disease, stroke, heart failure, etc.) or malignant tumours; 6.Suffering from severe liver or kidney disease (gammaglutaminase or serum creatinine levels exceeding two times the upper limit of normal); 7.Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or of childbearing potential and not using contraception; 8.Presence of any condition that, in the judgement of the investigator, affects study adherence; 9.Currently participating in another intervention study or have participated in a clinical trial of another drug within 3 months.
