Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) HIV patients clinically diagnosed of cytomegalovirus retinitis (excluding those who are negative for cytomegalovirus in aqueous humor and vitreous humor sequencing) (2) Age between 18 and 65 years old (3) Voluntarily participate in this clinical trial and sign an informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) CMVR patients who have received systemic or local treatment within 6 months; (2) Pregnant women; (3) Platelets<75000/µ L; Neutrophil count<750 (ANC)/µ L (4) Other eye diseases or surgical history, including retinal detachment, glaucoma, uveitis, or eye complications caused by systemic diseases, including diabetes retinopathy; (5) Researchers believe that any situation that needs to be excluded from the study.
