18 Years to 26 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male; 2. 18-26 years old; 3. Be in good physical condition; 4. Football players with a second-class football player certificate; 5. No fresh open wounds that have not crusted over recently; 6. Those who voluntarily participate in this experiment after signing the "Informed Consent Form of Subjects".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with anemia or fainting blood; 2. Those who are allergic to blood flow restriction training materials; 3. Those who cannot tolerate compression strength or FIFA11+ strength during the test; 4. Those who are unable to complete the intervention exercise according to the intervention requirements; 5. Those who are currently receiving BFRT; 6. Those who have special training tasks every week
