60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >=60 years old, gender is not limited; 2) ASA I-II level; 3) Patients who plan to undergo elective thoracoscopic pulmonary resection under bronchial intubation general anesthesia; 4) The MMSE score was 27-30 points one week before the operation; 5) Sign informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Known history of halogen inhalation anesthesia; 2) History of asthma; 3) Patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection; 3) Patients with mental disorders or speech disorders; 4) Patients with obvious ischemic heart disease; 5) End-stage renal disease; 6) End-stage liver disease; 7) Severe depression or anxiety; 8) Seizures; 9) Known or suspected history of alcohol or drug use.
