30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Ischemic stroke confirmed by CT/MRI; (2) Aged >=30 years and =3 months and <=1 year, unilateral hemiplegia; (5) Cognitive impairment, Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) <26 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with contraindications to MRI, such as pacemakers, heart stents, claustrophobia, etc. (2) Patients who have participated in or are currently participating in other clinical projects one month before enrollment; (3) Patients with contraindications to transcranial electrical stimulation, such as cochlear implants, history of epilepsy, and metal implants in the body; (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Patients with severe mental illness, such as depression, schizophrenia, etc.; (6) Patients who are taking drugs that change the excitability of the cerebral cortex.
