Postoperative chronic pain

Interventions

Low dose group:During induction, intravenous injection of esketamine 0.1mg/kg was administered, and intraoperative pump injection of esketamine 0.25mg/kg/h was administered
High dose group:During induction, intravenous injection of esketamine 0.1mg/kg is administered, and intraoperative pump injection of esketamine 0.5mg/kg/h is administered
Zero dose group:During induction, intravenous injection of esketamine 0.1mg/kg and intraoperative pumping of physiological saline 0.2ml/kg/h were administered.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old 2 BMI 18.5~30 kg/m^2 3. ASA classification I-III; 4. First unilateral total hip arthroplasty under elective general anesthesia 5. Not participating in other clinical trials

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to esketamine; 2. Merge mental illnesses; 3. Long term use of opioid drugs, alcohol, or drug abuse; 4. Preoperative severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or abnormal liver and kidney function; 5. History of taking antidepressants or long-term sedatives; 6. The Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score is not satisfactory
