Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients, those who sign the informed consent form; 2. Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited; 3. Refer to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis (2019): sudden, acute, severe, and persistent epigastric pain that can radiate to the back; Serum amylase and/or lipase values are more than 3 times higher than normal; On imaging (contrast-enhanced CT or MRI), there are changes in pancreatic edema or peripancreatic effusion. If 2 of the above 3 are met, acute pancreatitis can be diagnosed; 4. Triglycerides (TG) >=11.3 mmol/L, or TG between 5.65-11.3mmol/L and serum chyle; 5. Refer to the 9th edition of internal medicine: mild to moderate acute pancreatitis, major organ function is good, and can tolerate treatment; or severe acute pancreatitis to mild to moderate acute pancreatitis; 6. Good compliance, family members are willing to cooperate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. AP caused by other common causes (cholelithiasis, excessive alcohol consumption, drug-induced, surgery and trauma, etc.); 2. Patients with a history of oncology or psychiatric disorders 3. Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, kidney, and lung before admission; 4. No blood lipid test was performed within 24 hours of admission; 5. Alcoholics or drug addicts; 6. Pregnant women, lactating women or those who are preparing to become pregnant in the near future and those who use estrogen contraception; 7. Patients who are unwilling to cooperate
