Experimental group:Experimental group: Based on preoperative design, implant placement and bone grafting surgery are performed under the guidance of a surgical guide.
Control group.:Control group: Following preoperative design, implant placement and bone grafting surgery are performed freehand.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 The patient has severe alveolar bone defects at the intended implant site, including severe horizontal bone defects (horizontal bone height = 4 mm with vertical bone loss not exceeding 3 mm), severe vertical bone defects (vertical bone loss > 3 mm), and severe mixed-type bone defects. 2 The patient voluntarily agrees to participate in the study and cooperate with follow-up visits. 3 The patient has no contraindications for implant surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The text can be translated into English as: 1 Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or age 80 years; 2 Presence of uncontrolled systemic diseases; 3 Patients with indications for maxillary sinus bone grafting."
