65 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age>= 65 years old and < 90 years ; 2) Elective gastrointestinal tumor surgery is planned; 3) ASA grading I-IV; 4) Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Suffering from psychiatric illness, incapacitated or limited capacity, unable to complete the preoperative frailty assessment; 2) Chemotherapy or neoadjuvant therapy 1 month before being enrolled in the study; 3) long-term use of hormones or immunosuppressants; 4) Refusal by the patient or family.
