Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) male; age between 18 and 35 years old; (2) physically healthy and right-handed young adults in Tianjin, China; (3) had played the network game King of Glory for more than one year and had a diamond or starlight level (top three); (4) Prior to participating in the experiment, subjects remained in the habit of playing the game on a daily basis to avoid a drop in levels due to pausing the game; (5) no eye diseases (diseases of the fundus, eye trauma and strabismus) and normal visual acuity or corrected visual acuity; (6) no obvious anatomical asymmetry of the upper limbs and normal dexterity of the fingers; and (7) no sensory or perceptual deficits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) having an autonomic or cardiovascular disease; (2) having taken medications or ingested foods within the past three days that may affect autonomic function; (3) overeating, dieting, or strenuous exercise in the 48 hours prior to the test; (4) abnormal mental behaviors and sleep conditions; and (5) non-normal hearing, (corrected) vision, and color vision. (6) Injury to both hands prior to the experiment; (7) Fatigue such as muscle soreness in the upper extremities;(8) Failure to sign an informed consent form.
