Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18~80 years old; (2) Be conscious and have verbal communication skills; (3) First ICU admission; (4) The length of ICU stay > 3 days; (5) Informed consent. Inclusion Criteria for Caregivers: (1) Age = 18 years old, with blood or legal relationship; (2) Assume the primary responsibility for the patient's life care and medical decision-making; (3) Have good communication and action skills; (4) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient Exclusion Criteria: (1) No caregiver; (2) Communication disorder or previous history of severe mental illness; (3) concurrent participation in other studies; (4) Waiver of treatment or transfer; (5) Failure to complete the research task. Caregiver Exclusion Criteria: (1) Suffering from mental illness; (2) need to take care of multiple patients at the same time; (3) Participate in other studies at the same time.
