Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Hearing normal subject inclusion criteria: Normal earlobe, normal ear canal after examination by otoscope, intact tympanic membrane; youth group aged 15-44 years old, elderly group aged >= 60 years old; Bilateral 4 frequencies (500, 1000, 2000, 4000 Hz) pure tone average (4f-PTA) = 60 years old; Bilateral symmetrical sensorineural hearing loss; A-type tympanogram on tympanometry test with peak pressure of - 100 to +100 daPa and sound conductance of 0.3-1.6 mmho; Comply with relevant check-up items, complete relevant tests and questionnaires under guidance; those who can cooperate with relevant check-up items and complete relevant questionnaire investigation under guidance; Voluntarily agree and sign informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Asymmetric hearing loss in both ears (4f-PTA difference >=15 dB in both ears); Patients with conductive deafness and mixed deafness (bone conduction difference >10 dB HL); Active ear diseases; Other confirmed ear diseases or surgical history affecting hearing (sudden deafness, Meniere's disease, acoustic neuroma, etc.); Hereditary (congenital) deafness, clear history of ototoxic drugs, severe head trauma; Severe cognitive impairment, severe intellectual impairment, inability to take care of themselves, complete dependence on others to take care of them, and significant sphincter disorder (2018 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Dementia and Cognitive Disorders); There are obvious organic lesions in the head (severe cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, brain tumors, etc.); Individuals with mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and claustrophobia who are unable to complete magnetic resonance imaging scans; There are contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging (including metal stents, metal dentures, pacemakers, etc.); Patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator.
