Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-40 years old; 2. ASA Class II; During pregnancy, it is 35-40W 3. Elective cesarean section. 4. Complete medical records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with other diseases that are not well controlled, such as hypertension, diabetes, chronic pain, epilepsy, asthma, renal impairment (BUN and/or Cr > 2 times the normal value), liver impairment (ALT and/or AST>1.5 times the normal value), etc.; 2. Combined with special obstetric conditions: placental abruption, placenta previa with hemorrhage, fetal anomalies, twin or multiple pregnancies; 3. Pregnant women who need emergency caesarean section due to special circumstances, such as fever with acute infection, trauma, premature rupture of membranes with fetal distress, etc.; 4. Pregnant women who are allergic to any anesthetic components; 5. Pregnant women with incomplete data; 6. Patients with other conditions that the investigator considers unsuitable for enrollment.
