Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A.Inclusion criteria for the control group: Healthy volunteers from the Physical Examination Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected, all of whom underwent comprehensive clinical examinations and laboratory assisted tests to ensure that they had no history of heart, brain, lung, kidney, or mental illness. B.Inclusion criteria for hypertension group: With informed consent, Western medical diagnostic criteria for primary hypertension were selected. Subjects with an average systolic blood pressure of = 140mmHg (1mmHg=0.133kPa) and/or an average diastolic blood pressure of = 90mmHg were defined as hypertension, and they were aged between 20 and 60 years, had not used antihypertensive drugs, and excluded patients with secondary hypertension or severe liver, kidney, and hematological diseases. After detailed inquiry of medical history, physical examination, chest X-ray, blood and urine routine, blood biochemistry, electrocardiogram, abdominal ultrasound and other physical and chemical examinations, patients with substantial lesions in major organ systems such as heart, brain, liver, kidney, and lung were evaluated. C.Inclusion criteria for subjects with coronary heart disease: According to the American Heart Association guidelines in 2016, patients with at least one coronary vessel blockage greater than 50% in coronary angiography were diagnosed as coronary heart disease patients, and the age was 20-60 years old. According to the coronary angiography report of the patient in our hospital, whether the patient meets the diagnosis of CHD is assessed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A.Suffering from any type of malignant tumor; B.Suffering from any autoimmune disease; C.Suffering from infectious diseases; D.Suffering from organic digestive system diseases; E.Have undergone gastrointestinal surgery within the past year, except for appendectomy and hernia surgery; F.Pregnant and severely anemic individuals; G.Known type 1 diabetes or type 2 diabetes; H.Known history of cerebrovascular disease; I.Hyperthyroidism, diabetes ketoacidosis, adrenal cortex insufficiency, and severe renal insufficiency (eGFR<15ml/min/1.73m); J.Continuous use of antibiotics for more than 3 days in the past 3 months; People with poisoning or drug side effects; K.Known history of mental illness.
