18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Stable vital signs; GCS score>12 points; 18-85 years old; No aphasia or articulation disorders, and able to follow pronunciation instructions; Leakage test pass; Capable of withstanding airbag deflation for >= 4 hours; The interval between suctioning sputum is greater than 2 hours; Can participate in the signing of informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Aircut was performed before admission to the ICU; Severe cognitive impairment; Massive secretion in the airway; Untreated pneumothorax; Moderate to severe pulmonary insufficiency (or incompleteness) reversible lesions; Cervical instability or cervical spinal cord injury; BMI>30; Upper respiratory tract obstruction; Total laryngectomy; Esophageal reflux.
