Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 35 years and above; 2. Permanent residents of Yangjinzhuang Town, Jizhou District, Tianjin; 3. Sign informed consent, be willing to accept the study follow-up and follow the study requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious chronic diseases: patients with end-stage tumors who cannot participate in follow-up or intervention or who are completely unable to take care of themselves; 2. Patients with cognitive impairment and mental illness: individuals with severe cognitive impairment and mental illness who are unable to independently complete the questionnaire and participate in follow-up; 3. Individuals who have participated in other recent major medical research: medical investigators who have participated in other interventional medical research within the past year that influenced the results of this study.
