Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gender unrestricted, age 18-80 years; 2. ASA I-III, without severe systemic disease; 3. BMI: 18.5-30 kg/m^2; 4. Child-Pugh classification: Grade A; 5. Voluntarily participating in the study and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hypertension, diabetes, coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, cerebrovascular diseases; severe impairment of liver, kidney, or lung function; 2. Cancer with extensive metastasis; 3. Autoimmune diseases; 4. Pregnant, menstruating, or lactating women; 5. Presence of mental disorders or difficulty in communication; 6. Patients or their family members who refuse to participate.
