Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: High risk population of gestational diabetes mellitus can be determined by the elderly (= 35 years old), family history of diabetes and hypertension, history of poor pregnancy (abortion, premature delivery, stillbirth, malformed fetus, neonatal death, etc.), overweight or obesity before pregnancy (BMI = 24 kg/m2), history of chronic hypertension, history of gestational diabetes mellitus, history of polycystic ovary syndrome, history of hyperthyroidism, history of anemia, history of macrosomia, and one of them; Before 14 weeks of pregnancy, having a single child and voluntarily participating and signing an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes patients were diagnosed before pregnancy; Early detection of elevated blood sugar reaching any of the following: 1) Fasting blood glucose = 7.0 mmol/L; 2) 75g OGTT 2-hour blood glucose = 11.1 mmol/L; 3) Accompanied by typical hyperglycemic symptoms or hyperglycemic crises, with a random blood glucose level of = 11.1 mmol/L; 4) Glycated hemoglobin = 6.5%; Suffering from mental illness or language communication disorders
