Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with depressive disorders: Age 18-65 years, no gender restriction, Han ethnicity; outpatients or inpatients; meeting DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder; Hamilton Depression Rating Scale 17-item (HAMD17) score >= 7; self-rating scale for hypomanic symptoms (HCL-32) score <=13; at least junior high school education, no language communication barriers, able to cooperate with assessment and treatment, and sign an informed consent form. Normal participants are enrolled in the group: age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited, Han nationality; Junior high school education level or above, no language communication barrier, able to cooperate with assessment and treatment, and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with past or current DSM-5 diagnoses: organic psychotic disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, mental retardation, dementia, other cognitive disorders, alcohol-drug dependence, and axis II disorders Including personality disorder, etc.; suffering from colds, pharyngitis and other diseases affecting the vocal organs; those with professional vocal music and broadcasting training background; those with severe suicidal tendencies, severe agitation or severe unstable physical diseases; Those who are willing or unable to complete the test; exclude somatic diseases such as epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, pheochromocytoma, hyperthyroidism or spontaneous hypoglycemia secondary to depression and anxiety disorders.
