Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clearly diagnosed patients with cardiovascular disease combined with mild cognitive impairment (the diagnosis of MCI was based on the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for Dementia and Cognitive Impairment); 2, self-rating anxiety Scale (SAS) standard score >=50 points; Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) standard score >=53 points; 3, agree to accept cognitive function and anxiety and depression tests, withstand 3 months of intervention and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1, alcohol abuse or taking drugs that affect cognitive function (antihistamines, antipsychotics); 2. Cognitive dysfunction caused by head trauma, skull tumor, Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia and other neuropsychiatric diseases; 3, deaf and mute and other reasons can not communicate normally; 4, due to various reasons lost contact or unwilling to continue to participate in the researchers.
