Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study 1 1) Age>=18 years; 2) Patients who have undergone partial nephrectomy have complete clinical data, and surgical resection samples can be collected after surgery; 3) The patient understands and voluntarily signs a written informed consent form. Study 2 1) Age>=18 years; 2) Patients who underwent radical prostate cancer resection have complete clinical data, and surgical resection samples can be collected after surgery; 3) The patient understands and voluntarily signs a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative neoadjuvant therapy; 2. Other circumstances that the investigator considers inappropriate to participate in this clinical trial.
