18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have had a history of stroke, traumatic brain injury, or central nervous system infection and meet the criteria for secondary hydrocephalus; 2.Age range: 18-80 years old; 3.Patients in need of ventriculoperitoneal shunt surgery; 4.The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score at admission ranged from 3 to 12 points; 5.The patient's family members have provided informed consent and are willing to cooperate in the examinations and follow-ups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Life vital signs are unstable or the patient is allergic to anesthetic drugs; 2.Patients who are intolerant of lumbar puncture for cerebrospinal fluid examination or PET-MR examination; 3.Patients with a history of mental illness; 4.Patients with contraindications for ventriculoperitoneal shunt surgery or those who refuse to undergo the shunt operation; 5.Have a previous history of brain tumors and severe circulatory system diseases.
