Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grades I-III, 2. normal liver and kidney function, 3 undergoing cardiac surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: MMSE35, Preoperative delirium, mental illness or psychological disorders, long-term use of psychotropic drugs, autoimmune diseases, long-term use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, long-term use of glucocorticoids, previous cranial surgery, history of cerebral infarction, history of tumors, secondary surgery, deaf mute person, refusal to sign informed consent form.
