Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Age 18-65 years old; b. Patients planning radical surgery for lung cancer; c. ASA Grade I-III; d. Signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, including a history of myocardial infarction and unstable angina in the past 6 months, severe arrhythmia, severe heart failure, aortic aneurysm, and shock; b. History of acute pharyngitis and tonsillitis, cervical and facial trauma, burns and deformities; c. Partial food and drug allergy, such as propofol, egg, soy or albumin allergy; d. Baseline pulse oxygen saturation < 95%, severe respiratory disease, including severe pneumonia or other infectious fever, asthmatic dyspnea, severe pulmonary dysfunction; e. Those who have confirmed or suspected the abuse or long-term use of narcotic analgesics; f. Mental disorders that make it difficult to cooperate; g. Pregnant or lactating women; h. Abnormal coagulation function; i. Participated in other researchers within 30 days.
