Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In patients with a failure of transplantation, the blastocyst transplantation is intended to be thawed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uterine adenomyosis or adenomyoma, subserous or intermuscular uterine myoma, uterine malformation and other factors affecting embryo implantation; Complicated with intrauterine adhesions; Preimplantation genetic testing.
