18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Newly diagnosed breast cancer patients for surgery (about 100 cases); b) Between the ages of 18 and 60 years; c) Absence of immune system disease; d) Agree to participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Prior chemotherapy; b) Patients with diabetes mellitus, impaired glucose tolerance and lactose intolerance; c) Patients with coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and extremely poor heart function; d) Patients with extreme organ failure and severe immunosuppression; e) is participating in other clinical trials; f) Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases; g) History of dementia (defined as MMSE score <=2 points) or Parkinson's disease or other neurological diseases that cause dysfunction, as well as head trauma, cerebral hemorrhage, stroke, brain tumor, cerebral infarction, etc.; h) Patients with advanced disease or other malignant tumors; i) Those who have a mental illness or a family history of mental illness; j) Alcoholic or drug addicts; k) Those who refuse to be enrolled and are unable to cooperate with treatment; l) Other conditions that are considered inappropriate by the attending doctor or investigator to participate in this study.
