Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade ? or ?, age 3-12 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications of escitalopram, cyclophosphamide and dexmedetomidine; Upper respiratory tract infection one week before operation; History of taking sedative and analgesic drugs; Congenital diseases such as epilepsy and asthma; Refuse to sign informed consent; Abnormalities cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney functions.
