Intervention group:Take capsules containing 200mg of the enriched tocopenol-enriched component daily

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for alcoholic fatty liver disease: have a long drinking history, generally more than 5 years, equivalent to male alcohol consumption >=40g/d, female >=20g/d; Or have a history of heavy drinking within 2 weeks, equivalent to alcohol volume > 80g/d; Serum AST, ALT, GGT, TBil, PT and other indicators were normal or mildly abnormal; Liver B-ultrasound, CT, MRI or transient elastogram showed typical fatty liver manifestations; (2) Age 18-65 years old, current cases are male or female; (3) Sign informed consent and participate in the study voluntarily

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Hepatitis virus infection, drug and toxic liver injury, autoimmune liver disease; (2) Malignant tumors, AIDS, pregnancy, lactation; (3) Special cases of fatty liver caused by total parenteral nutrition, severe enteropathy, celiac disease, hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, ß-lipoprotein deficiency, lipid atrophic diabetes mellitus, Mauriac syndrome, etc.; (4) Have eaten vitamin E health food or fortified food within the last three months.
