Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Age 18-75 years; b. No limitation on gender; c. Altitude of plateau destination; d. Due to work, travel, family visits, etc., need to live on high altitude for >=3 months; e. Participants who are able to adapt to the physiological changes of the high-altitude environment (without serious cardiovascular disease, respiratory disease, or other chronic diseases that may affect high-altitude adaptation) and who complete home blood pressure monitoring on time during the altitude change.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Severe respiratory diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, interstitial lung disease or pulmonary hypertension; b. Decompensated heart failure; c. myocardial infarction or stroke within 6 months; d. Severe renal insufficiency (eGFR<30 mL/min/1.73m^2); e. High-risk cerebrovascular abnormalities (aneurysms or arteriovenous malformations); f. Past or current atrial fibrillation, frequent ventricular premature beat, supraventricular tachycardia; g. Severe acute mountain sickness; h. The investigator believes that the patient has other conditions that are not suitable for participation in the study.
