Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=65 years old; 2. Normal coagulation function before operation;3. There was no abnormality in preoperative color Doppler ultrasound of lower limbs; 4.There was no obvious damage of liver and kidney function before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous occurrence of deep vein thrombosis (including the history of intermuscular vein thrombosis), cerebral embolism and cerebral infarction;2.Clear TXA allergy and contraindications; 3.Patients with high risk of thrombosis, including atrial fibrillation, after pacemaker implantation and after stent implantation; 4. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 5.Long-term oral administration of antiplatelet drugs such as aspirin and clopidogrel and anticoagulant drugs such as warfarin.
