Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 0~36 months of age, which is divided into 0~6 months and 7~36 months. 2. Those who are initially diagnosed with atopic dermatitis (AD) and its comorbidities according to the diagnostic criteria of Consensus on diagnosis and management of allergic diseases in children. Patients are regarded as the AD group and the AD comorbidity group. Those not diagnosed with AD during the same period are included in the control group at a ratio of 1:1, and the matching conditions are age, gender, and ethnicity. 3. Permanent residents in Xinjiang region. 4. The patient or the guardian agrees to participate and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe congenital immune system defects or severe underlying diseases. 2. Those who are missing the survey questionnaire or food frequency questionnaire. 3. Those who have used antibiotics in the past month. 4. Those who are unable to complete the survey or measurement due to cognitive communication disorders caused by other various reasons.
