Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The postoperative specimens were pathologically confirmed as papillary thyroid carcinoma; (2) meet the T1b stage according to the TNM stage; (3) Patients over 16 years old; (4) The follow-up time was greater than or equal to 24 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Postoperative pathological diagnosis indicated non-PTC patients; (2) A history of thyroid or parathyroid surgery, or other neck surgery; (3) A history of external radiation to the neck; (4) Abnormal preoperative parathyroid hormone or serum calcium levels; (5) dysfunction of the liver, kidney and other organs; (6) Pregnant women, lactating women (female patients routinely performed urine pregnancy test exclusion); (7) lost visitors due to various reasons; (8) Baseline data cannot be completely collected
