Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women with first IVF-ET treatments; 2.The embryo transfer date is between January 2017 and November 2023; 3.Serum PRL < 100 ng/mL. 4.There are follow-up outcomes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Abnormal thyroid, liver, and kidney function; 2.History of pituitary disorders such as pituitary adenoma; 3.History of malignant tumors and history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4.History of breast diseases; 5.Chromosomal and genetic abnormalities; 6.Recurrent pregnancy loss; 7.Uterine malformations; 8.PGT; 9.IVM; 10.Severe oligospermia, asthenozoospermia, and teratozoospermia in males;
