Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group: 1. Age 18-60 years old; 2. Right hand; 3. Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depression; 4. The current course of the disease (last onset) is at least 2 weeks; 5. HAMD-17 score= 17 points; 6. Have not received electroconvulsive therapy within half a year before enrollment; Control group: 1. Aged 18-60; 2. HAMD-17 score <8 points, HAMA assessment <6 points; 3. No serious physical illness, no history of mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Experimental group: 1. Comorbid with another psychiatric disorder; 2. Have a history of alcohol/drug dependence or smoking > 10 cigarettes/day; 3. Severe heart, liver, kidney, brain and hematopoietic system physical diseases, central nervous system infection, head injury, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, toxic metabolic diseases, Parkinson's disease or intracranial tumors; 4. Family history of hereditary diseases; 5. Diseases of the endocrine system such as diabetes, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 6. Pregnant, lactating women or photoallergies; Control group: 1. Individuals with a family history of psychiatric illness within three generations on both sides of the family; 2. Pregnant or lactating women, or individuals with photosensitivity.
