Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients were diagnosed as head and neck cancer by pathology; (2) recurrence or metastatic lesions were diagnosed by imaging and pathology; (3) initial treatment of patients was in the Eye Ear Nose Throat Hospital of Fudan University; (4) patients for whom demographic data, laboratory, imaging, pathological information and treatment regimens was recorded completely.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The data of laboratory, pathological, or imaging was absent; (2) the primary tumor site is not the head and neck.
