Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for postherpetic neuralgia; (2) Age 18-90 years old; (3) Patients and their families have informed consent to spinal cord electrical stimulation therapy or spinal cord electrical stimulation therapy + botulinum toxin type A treatment, and signed the informed consent form; (4) Able to comply with the requirements of study visits, follow-up telephone interviews, and self-assessment questionnaires.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with malignant tumors in the neuraxial canal or at the puncture site; (2) Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction; (3) Patients with spinal deformity or spine-related diseases; (4) Patients with puncture site infection or systemic infection; (5) Patients with severe dysfunction of vital organs; (6) Patients with severe mental and psychological disorders who are unable to cooperate with treatment; (7) Patients who refuse to undergo interventional treatment.
