18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 85>= age >=18 years, duration of disease >6 months; Cardiac function classification II ~ ?; Present with signs and symptoms of heart failure; Meet the diagnostic criteria for HFrEF in the 2021 Esc Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute, Chronic, and Chronic Heart Failure; Increased natriuretic peptide level: BNP>=105 ng/L or NT proBNP>=365 ng/L;Objective evidence of other structural and functional changes in the heart that cause heart failure; In cases of uncertainty, a load test and determination of elevated left ventricular filling pressure may be required to confirm the diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of atrial thrombosis or valvular heart disease (moderate or severe valve stenosis or severe valve regurgitation); Artificial heart valve replacement patients, pregnant women; Patients with previous liver and kidney diseases, malignant tumors or hematological diseases; Other exclusion criteria as determined by the investigator.
