Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria are the mothers who were hospitalized in the obstetrics department of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University and voluntarily underwent ECV surgery from April 2024 to April 2029, meeting the requirements of 1. singleton pregnancy, 2. preoperative B ultrasound to verify the fetal position as breech position; 3. Gestational age>=37 weeks; 4. There are no contraindications to vaginal trial of labor. All subjects received written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Premature rupture of membranes; 2. Placental abruption or placenta previa; 3. Labor and labor; 4. Prenatal examination showed severe fetal malformations; 5. Gestational age< 37 weeks; 6. Those who are unable to obtain complete follow-up information and delivery information; 7. Combined with other serious diseases.
