Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective general anaesthesia left lateral position surgery and need central venous cannulation patients 2. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) class I to III 3.Adult patients (18~65 years old) 4.BMI: 18~24kg/m^2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ultrasound scanning revealed anatomical variations of the internal jugular vein or venous thrombosis 2. Superior vena cava embolism syndrome
