18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women of childbearing age (18-50 years old); 2. Both ultrasound and MRI diagnose uterine fibroids and adenomyosis; 3. Non menstrual period, pregnancy, menopause; 4. Those who refuse surgical procedures and are willing to undergo ablation treatment; 5. Those who are informed and willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are unable to undergo enhanced MRI due to allergies to MRI contrast agents or other factors; 2. Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, mental disorders, etc. who cannot tolerate local anesthesia surgery; 3. Suspected malignant lesions; 4. Incomplete clinical evaluation; 5. Patients who have been lost to follow-up.
